Terms of Service

By accessing or using BWJ Analytics (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BWJ Analytics is operated by Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC, 361 Dukes Road, Saint George, GA 31562. The Service allows authenticated content creators to connect their TikTok account via OAuth and view their own channel performance data — including views, followers, and engagement metrics — in a unified dashboard.

The Service is a read-only analytics display tool. It does not post content, send messages, or perform any action on TikTok on your behalf beyond fetching the analytics data you have explicitly authorized.

To use the Service you must authorize it through TikTok's official OAuth flow. By doing so you grant BWJ Analytics permission to retrieve your channel analytics data as permitted by TikTok's API terms. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account. Notify us immediately at rodney@blackwateroutdoorjourneys.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of TikTok's terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any security measures
• Access data belonging to another creator without their explicit authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

All software, design, and content comprising the Service are the property of Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your analytics data remains yours; we claim no ownership over it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BLACKWATER OUTDOOR JOURNEYS LC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE PERFECTLY ACCURATE. ANALYTICS DATA IS SOURCED FROM TIKTOK'S API AND IS SUBJECT TO TIKTOK'S OWN LIMITATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLACKWATER OUTDOOR JOURNEYS LC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Charlton County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
