We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:

• TikTok OAuth tokens — issued by TikTok when you authorize the Service. Used solely to authenticate API requests on your behalf.
• TikTok analytics data — channel performance metrics for your account (views, followers, engagement). Retrieved from TikTok's API and displayed in your dashboard.

We do not collect your TikTok password. We do not collect personal information beyond what TikTok's OAuth flow provides (such as a TikTok user ID) as needed to identify your account in our system.

We use collected information exclusively to:

• Authenticate your session and fetch your analytics data from TikTok
• Display your channel performance metrics in your dashboard
• Maintain and improve the reliability of the Service

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.

We do not sell your data. We do not share, rent, or trade your personal information or analytics data with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes.

The only external party that receives requests on your behalf is:

• TikTok's API — to retrieve your channel analytics as authorized by you through TikTok's OAuth flow. TikTok's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC or others, but only to the minimum extent legally necessary.

Analytics snapshots are retained to power historical trend views in your dashboard. OAuth tokens are stored only as long as needed to maintain your authorized session. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You may at any time:

• Revoke access — disconnect BWJ Analytics from your TikTok account through TikTok's app settings
• Request deletion — contact us to delete your stored tokens and analytics data
• Request a copy — ask for an export of data we hold about your account

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Charlton County, Georgia.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
